This moment hurts my heart every, single time I watch it.

It’s the end of the movie. I should be a happy. The bad guy has been punched off a boat by a bamf princess; the sister’s have reunited finally; Anna and Kristoff are all lovey dovey; and Sven didn’t eat Olaf’s nose.

But this moment right here - when Elsa is literally surrounded by hundreds of people - and is about to perform her magic, she asks ‘Are you ready?’ and her voice is almost cheerful, but her eyes and her eyebrow are screaming that she’s petrified.

You know she has to be scared about showing her power in public; last time she did she caused an ice age, and basically killed the only person she loves!

And it hurts me because - even though I know everything will turn out alright - for those few seconds I know she’s worried that it won’t be.
