- do your makeup in a way you normally don’t wear it

- straighten or curl your hair with a flat/curling iron

- put your hair up/style it a different way

- draw a “tattoo” with sharpie/markers on yourself (or temporary tattoos!!)

- edit your tumblr theme to give it a new look

- start listening to a new type of music

- wear clothes you haven’t worn in a really long time. who knows, you might find something you like again

- try something new, such as: learning a new recipe, sewing something, or starting a journal/sketchbook

- clean your room or reorganize it

- create a new setting for yourself, such as: sitting outside to study/read/whatever, turn on different lights in your house to help change the mood, light some candles, go for a walk and get lost so you can be more independent, and don’t sit in bed all day

- order a drink at starbucks with a different name
