Characters

Now I can't speak for the other brothers routs, but I played Mammon's and I want to cry. He's acting nothing like he used to in the OG and NB. I mean, where's his tsundere personality? While he's being very genuine and sweet, that's not the Mammon I remember. I want to see it as character development but I KNOW that's not the case.

Main story

The main story feels like a devilgram. There is nothing that actually gets the plot going lore wise, just dumb stuff like "Oh no there's a fake luci tryna kill us, setting of bombs at RAD" like demons don't have their own special abilities. Like, WHY would you make any demon use bombs? It's making the whole point of demons and the Devildom pointless. I mean at this point just make all of them human and make us get married in the human world.

I'm so sick of bad plot, it's been like this since OG, but even there it was better.

Beel, who was Lucifer's guardian at the Celestial realm and is the physically strongest out lf all the brothers, looks like Mammon.

Now other than that, I dont really think the other sprites are bad. It's just the outfits, which is my next point.

The outfits

Oh buddy dont get me STARTED.

I dont think I need to say much since it's pretty obvious and most people talk about it. The outfits are awful. They don't suit the body types. In the other games, the clothes are tailored to each character's body, but now it looks like they just took the example of the cloth and copy pasted it.

The gacha pulls

Why in all THREE REALMS would I want to pull hats and socks that doesnt even look good??

It also doesnt benifit me in the game system at all (since there is literally nothing to do once you finish reading the episodes).

Now this could get really long so I'll just say this; I genuinely dont understand Solmare. You have an amazing concept, amazing characters but you cant do shit. Like, a human who has to live among demons? And they've been through war and lost their sister in the process? And they used to be angels?? The amount of lore you can wipe out of just one thing I mentioned is insane. The fandom is BEGGING on their knees for a story. And not a Levi-bought-a-cursed-video-game-and-now-we're-stuck-for-the-millionth-time story. An ACTUAL story. I want angst, I want drama, I want to cry and be shocked and be scared- I want to see the demon brothers finally being demons.

I'm sick of terrible plot and character ass writing. I love obey me so much, its got crazy potential and I'm SURE the devs know that, then what am I not seeing?? Even I could do better at writing and I'm 19 with no experience in writing and game developing whatsoever.
