for a second, you can't help but feel bad, he's just so painfully cute all sad and pouty like this. you initially planned to make this prank last as long as possible, but you can't standing looking at him like this.

unlike the previous offended, hurt or smug expressions, you don't see any of those on his face, you see pure and utter confusion, as if he has no idea what you're talking about.

do you have any ideas/hc on how kazutora would pursue someone he's interested in?
Ok i was kinda imagining this as the reader being someone who visits the pet shop and Kazutora having a love at first sight thing going on. But here's how I could see that going
Spends a bunch of time pining first, everytime you walk into the pet shop he feels his face heat up as he can't help but sneak glances at you.
Depsite having all those posters in his room and staring at people he found attravtive before, he actually get's quite nervous to pursue you.
Also questions if he should pursue you/ if he's good enough for you (esp in bad timelines but he also questions this a bit in the good timeline too).
It's Chifuyu (and Baji depending on the timeline) who actually encourage him to pursue you. They give him lot's of advice and pep talks and of course tease him a lot too
Always gives you warm greetings and looks genuinely happy to see you, one time he even jokingly said "seeing you is the best part of my day" (only he wasn't joking).
Will sometimes low key give you discounts too
Offers to carry anything you're holding/ that you're buying from the pet shop. It's a very low key way of him showing he's interested in you.
Tries to make you laugh a lot (normally at the expense of Baji and Chifuyu). He always perks up when he manages to as well.
Asks you a lot of questions about your hobbies and intetests, after a while of knowing each other he suggests doing one of your hobbies/ something related to it as date ideas.
Likes complimenting you, the first few times he went red while doing it but get's more comfortable telling you his genuine thoughts about you as time goes on. He likes your smile best, it makes him instinctively smile too.
At one point, when the two of you were discussing tattoos he tried to casually ask if you liked them (Baji and Chifuyu could tell he was pretty nervous of your possible answer though).
Desperately wants to ask you on a date but finds it hard to find the right time, he ends up blurting it out one day, asking if you wanted to attend to festival with him.
And finally, he was so happy when you accepted that he smiled the rest of the day and didn't even get annoyed when a rude customer was in the store.
I love the idea that Draken absolutely hated the cold and he would utilize this weakness against Mitsuya to get himself more stuff.
I can see he constantly moaned about the weather, how he hated the wind on his temple, and the next, Mitsuya had knitted him a hat and a scarf.
Draken also used this excuse to get more warmth from Mitsuya.
Draping himself on Mitsuya's back, entwining their hands, pulling Mitsuya into his arms for 'additional heat' and so many other excuses.
Anything to get close to Mitsuya.
And Draken always got what he wanted.
Others would mock him for being too clingy, but Mitsuya always indulged him, no matter how ridiculous Draken's excuse was.
Picture this: they're sitting together under the kotatsu.
Mitsuya was too busy sketching a dress for his work, Draken accompanied him, sipping a cup of steaming tea. They were warm, and Draken definitely was.
But he still scooched closer to Mitsuya, almost pulling him to his lap.
"You're aware, we're under kotatsu and it's pretty warm, right?" Mitsuya lifted his eyebrows.
Draken merely settled himself behind Mitsuya, arms encircling his waist, hugging him like a giant koala.
"You're warmer," he nuzzled Mitsuya's ear. "You're better than the kotatsu."
Mitsuya rolled his eyes, shifting his position so he could still work comfortably. Draken adjusted himself behind, adapting to Mitsuya. And when it was all done and nicely settled, Mitsuya continued to sketch and Draken tried his best to not disturb him.
Well, maybe not his best.
"Stop that," Mitsuya chided him after a while. "It tickles."
Draken didn't respond, adamantly nuzzled the back of Mitsuya's head like a spoiled cat.
Mitsuya huffed, putting down his pen, before he turned and straddled Draken's thigh.
"You're infuriating, you know that?"
Draken pulled Mitsuya even closer by his waist, a dopey grin on his face.
"You love me."
Mitsuya rolled his eyes, trying to appear unaffected, but the smile that slowly bloomed betrayed the means.
