I posted this on insta but thought I'd share here too because I keep remembering the concert lolol
here's some concert notes I wrote after seeing ChRocktikal on May 21st!!
I had to travel but it was a fun trip, I hadn't been to Louisville in a while and I'm glad that it was for something like this.
the only thing is that I wish I took photos when the members were saying goodbye, but I was too focused on them to think of that TT
5/22/2026 - Concert Write-Up
Yesterday I got to see ChRocktikal in Louisville, KY!!
I traveled from Indiana, about two hours away, it was my first time at the venue, the portal, and it was really nice.
The concert was really fun. Everyone did a really good job tonight, I’m not sure if it was the stage lights, but it looked like everyone was shining on stage!!
Gwanwoo talked about how the members went to Target again,
And how he bought Mr. Breast Chocolate, lolol,
Junyoung mentioned how Gwanwoo really likes chocolate, he also talked about his older sister and joked about how she made him scared of Louisville sluggers, also his sister is a singer!! Siyeon said she’s really pretty but Junyoung said she looks like him with long hair.
Siyeon talked about how she has one from when she came here with Dreamcatcher,
They also mentioned how it has been raining a lot here recently, (it seriously has been pouring in Indiana and Kentucky!!) but they hope that this concert is a sunny memory (it was!!)
Since Louisville is known as “bourbon city” they talked about wanting to try bourbon and whiskey, someone from the audience actually bought the members a shot of bourbon each!! After the jam session, they joked that it was the first one they did tipsy.
A lot of people sung along with Iris, it was really nice!!
The crowd was really interactive, it was a nice atmosphere,
Everyone was loud and seemed to be enjoying themselves, the members also kept mentioning the energy of the crowd, Wonseok also kept talking about how wild Louisville is lol,
I would post videos but I completely forgot to take some,
And the short clips I did take are blurry lol,
There were two people who’s birthday it was, the members sang happy birthday to them~~
The trio seemed nervous about their English but it was good!!!
Learning other languages is hard, but we fans are thankful that they are studying to communicate with us
Wonseok was talking about being sad, and did TT, and sung Twice’s Cheer Up “Shy Shy Shy~~” ??
They covered Scream!! (Gwanwoo’s voice was really sweet!!! if he wants to sing more, I’d love to listen on future songs!!)
Siyeon played the drums while the trio sung, it was really nice!
Side Note: a fandom name would be cool. Maybe something like knights? Or something with shield and chrome?? Because they are swords, so we can be the shield?
Also also, I made small signs to hold up, but I was shy about my Korean writing, my older brother held it up for me lol, I’m not sure if the members saw it, but I hope they know that I’m thankful that they came all the way here!!
It truly was a warm experience that I’ll carry with me,
I wrote most of these notes right after the show, so it’s all over the place. Overall this concert was a really great time for me, I’m glad that I was able to go. Seriously, I was excited for weeks before and even now I’m happy just thinking of the show.
ChRocktikal, if you come again I’ll make sure to be there!!

P.S. Gwanwoo please please try some other American chocolates!! There’s a lot of good ones out there. Especially in bigger cities. I hope all members have a great time in America,
