I do, actually. Because I was you. It’s stereotypical to assume only men struggle with this. Women are just as capable of lust.

As for the tips, my greatest one is get close to God. Get in that Bible. Find a good Bible study and a prayer partner to hold you accountable. There’s even a website called covenant eyes that will let your trusted person know youve been looking at sites that you shouldn’t be.

But from my experience, when I’m closer to God, the urge is just not there. You forget all about it because God supplies all needs and gives you everything you need. But when I’m out of church or out of my Bible, I find those sins creeping up on me. The devil will use any and every outlet to pull us from God. Don’t let him.
