How strange to have everything I wanted and still feel the shape of what is missing.

Just zooming in on this moment when we see Hudson just barely start to crack. He was fine up until he mentioned sharing his award with Connor - then his voice falters a bit and you see his face start to break. That’s when he says he got through it and started looking to get off the stage.

This man is in his home country being honored as a serious actor - his lifelong dream, surrounded by his parents, and a ton of castmates, but his heart and mind were on the one person who wasn’t there.
