first workout post-surgery? #singlemovementmindfuck, aka 45 minutes of push-ups. do one, walk 5 paces, walk back, repeat. even though I had to do the most modified version (a push-up on the adjustable bar), I managed to work the whole time and do 160 push-ups. maybe not as impressive sounding, but considering the fact that I had staples in my stomach last week, I'm feeling pretty good about it.
