Elisabeth raised an eyebrow. âUnderneath the basement?â she mused. âNow whoâs ingenious idea was that?â She loved the idea. It was one thing to find entertainment around town, but to do so right where the humans gather and worship. It must stir up problems between the two groups, and she was eager to get in the middle of it. âNow I have high expectations of this place. Iâm sure Iâll be visiting regularly at this rate.â
She laughed.  âNot sure. It might have been Reidâs but who really knows anymore.â Amari was just so used to things going the way they always had, it was easy for her to fall into a rut and not remember the little things.  âOh itâs good. I donât think youâll be disappointed,â Amari told her as they walked, finally leaving her shop behind. âBut tell me, what sort of trouble have you gotten into since we last saw each other?â
