Will is always in a 🥺 state, so it takes him a while to notice how much his shiny eyes have an effect on Mike. When he asks Mike for a favor, Mike will linger on his eyes for a moment before getting up. So Will starts using this to his advantage. He requests more small tasks like a glass of water or to be carried to bed when he’s too tired to get up, topping it off with wide eyes and a bat of his eyelashes. It doesn’t really make a difference to Mike, though, because he would do anything Will asked without his adorable bribery. But Mike hesitates just to see Will look at him like that anyways.
