I found this bear at a secondhand shop in Gothenburg, I have no idea on were to get more. And if I did, it’s illegal to remake and sell from one product. I have to design and make the whole product myself. This is me. Extremely dizzy and tired, but so proud! I am for the first time in four years - offically OFF MY MEDS! 💊 This is the fourth and last step down, and now I’m feeling like crap - but so happy and proud of myself. The step down is making me feel so, sooooo dizzy.. So it’s hard to move, drink coffee and go for walks. I’ve also had huuuuge trouble sleeping.. Nightmares like crazy, sweating, panic attacks.. You name it. I totally forgot to take my meds yesterday and now my body is in full abstinence mood.. I have almost quit my meds now! I’m down on 1/4 of my original dose. I found a branch of ”corylus avellana contorta” (the latin name, I don’t know the english name for it...) on my morning walk with the dogs today!
