Character 87?
Hello!
Number 87 is Eris, with a creation date of 8/1/2011.
She was one of a trio of main characters from a shelved novel called Elder which was about animal spirits (known as elder because they predated humans) undergoing their trial of adulthood in the human world (the purpose of which was mainly getting a better understanding of yourself but also fully unlocking your magical abilities).
Eris was an owl, she was a bit fussy and a lot snobbish. She really didn't get on with the actual main character, but the two of them had just ended up getting pulled into this issue together (along with the third) so there wasn't much she could do about it. As time passed and they got to know each other better and survived multiple life or death situations, she also relaxed considerably and acknowledged that some of the things she had been taught about the other races was not necessarily correct.
She was really good at archery, so she ended up doing a lot of the fighting to defend them.
Elder was something I wrote for Camp NaNoWriMo and while it wasn't like. Good. Necessarily, I still learned a lot! I think it was one of my earliest road trip novels, so that's cool too ^^
Here's art I drew of her in 2015 when I was trying to draw all of my characters hahaha
@tc-doherty Oh, interesting! I like her, who are the other two characters in the trio?
@wildweeds
Glad you like her!
The main character was Cora, a crow. She was Very Not Pleased with how things were going. She just wanted her trial to pass by relatively uneventfully, but no. It had all go pear-shaped! Originally she was working at a bakery. She never intended to save the world or anything like that. But it was her analytical mind and ability to solve logic puzzles that ended up coming to the rescue at a critical moment.
The last one was Berke, a lion. The lions were in a bit of a Situation, so he probably really should not have actually been there. But he was there and he helped them. The entire story was framed with a legend about how it was that the various races fell out with one another, with each chapter starting with the next part of the legend and having something to do with it. The lions were massively at fault for that. So Berke was relatively good-natured and very willing to roll over and accept fault for this, that, and the other as long as it kept things peaceful. His strong constitution and relatively high magic resistance came in handy!

I worried a lot. Will the garden grow, will the rivers flow in the right direction, will the earth turn as it was taught, and if not how shall I correct it? Was I right, was I wrong, will I be forgiven, can I do better? Will I ever be able to sing, even the sparrows can do it and I am, well, hopeless. Is my eyesight fading or am I just imagining it, am I going to get rheumatism, lockjaw, dementia? Finally I saw that worrying had come to nothing. And gave it up. And took my old body and went out into the morning, and sang.
