oh it’s not a controversy, I just suffer from cptsd so if I’m insulted badly/misunderstood etc by someone it really impacts me because my body goes into shock mode and then I get super depressed or worse… but it’s better now :) not the best day and I still feel dizzy + my throat/thyroid’s inflamed but its fine. I just hope it will pass…
