Alright, here's the Monster Hunter OC Masterpost. AHEM

Lileas - #we all love lileas One of my Wilds Ocs. Being one of the two children of the legendary rider Red, she was unable to develop kinship with monsters, choosing to become a hunter instead. After losing her legs to a Lagiacrus, she was taken in by the Guild under Fabius, choosing to transition from Leo to her current self- Lileas. After working under him for 10 years, was assigned to the Forbidden Lands’ Avis Unit.

She uses an Insect Glaive and Bow. She’s shipped with Erik (Wilds).

Leah - #twin rider One of my Stories OCs. Being the other child of Red, her twin being Leo/Lileas. As her twin’s counterpart, she was an astounding rider, ruthless in her strength with her dear monstie, her Red Khezu. She semi-retired after having her son Conan, and after believing her twin died, she took up a role of authority in Mahana, carrying their family name. She eventually decides to take up her weapon once more, wishing to put her mourning to rest.

She uses a Gunlance. She’s shipped with Reverto (Stories).

Conan - #crimson rider One of my Stories OCs. As the grandson of Red, Mahana had high hopes for Conan due to his family’s legacy. At the age of 13, he set out as an official rider, only to find himself caught in the throes of the Black Blight with his new companion - Ratha. With his exceptional skill as a rider, he was able to thwart it, only to be faced with the Ragerays only three years later - and another Ratha.

He uses a Hunting Horn.

Dusk - #dusk wyvern One of my Rise OCs. Adopted into Kamura Village as a baby, he was raised with the dream of becoming a hunter, his bravery leading him onward through many hunts. Unfortunately, he made the decision to face Narwa alone, leaving him half-blind and without his right arm. Being forged a prosthetic, and unknowingly bonding with a Magnamalo, he set out as a hunter once more.

He uses an Insect Glaive. He’s shipped with Kagero (Rise).

Dawn - #dawn beast One of my Rise OCs. The granddaughter of Fugen, she was raised dreaming of becoming a hunter, quickly growing in strength alongside her adoptive brother. After the loss of his arm, she became more protective of their home village, determined to cut down anything that threatened those she loved, having come too close to losing Dusk once. She’s seen as Kamura’s Ray of Hope, despite her brutal nature.

She uses a Sword and Shield.

Sierra - #blind shield One of my World OCs. Having lost her sight at a young age to an unknown disease, Sierra learned how to become a hunter, desperate to follow in her older sister Olivia’s footsteps. Being chosen for the New World’s Fifth Fleet, she made a name for herself in her strength, eventually being made into a Guild Knight, acting as the New World’s guiding light.

She uses a Lance.

Jane Doe - #unknown hunter Jane is one of my Wilds OCs. Born in the New World and raised by a Wyverian, she developed a bloodthirsty streak, unknown to the hunters who ended up training her and sending her to the Old World. Her ship somehow shipwrecked, leaving her the sole survivior - gaining suspicion from the Guild who had her overseen by Guild Knights prior to her selection for the Forbidden Lands’ Terra Unit. Still under supervision, she was granted her ‘name’, as well as her test to see if she was still as bloodthirsty as she once was.

She uses a Hunting Horn and Sword and Shield. She’s shipped with… all of the Wilds Support Hunters (Olivia, Rosso, Alessa, Griffin, Mina and Kai).

Moira - #insect princess One of my Stories OCs. As the adoptive princess of Azuria, Moira carries a lot of weight on her shoulders. Leading the Rangers, she wishes to one day uncover the truth of her biological family, feeling she’ll find answers far from her home kingdom. She has yet to learn who she has long descended from - a family of hunters and riders, and Lileas herself.

She uses a Greatsword. She is shipped with Gaul (Stories).

Fevroniya - #smithy fevvy One of my Wilds OCs. A legendary yet mysterious Wyverian blacksmith who was well-known in the Guild. She was requested to be part of the Forbidden Lands’ Iris Unit due to her expertise working with fellow Wyverians of any kind. While most of her backstory remains unknown, she’s said to have trained Astrum Unit’s Werner as a blacksmith, having inspired him after she used her knowledge to defend their village from a monster attack.

She doesn’t hunt, but knows how to use a Long Sword.

Milady - #mad milady One of my Stories OCs. A Wyverian hunter working from Gildegaran, she’s incredibly dangerous, having a tendency to go at monsters with claws and teeth. Due to this, she wears a helmet most of the time to repress her urge to bite, as well as using Gore Magala Dual Blades, allowing her to fight without damaging her own hands. Despite her size and violence in hunts, she’s quite a gentle soul with those she cares for, being extremely protective.

She uses Dual Blades. She is shipped with Simone (Stories).

Tam - #handler tam One of my World OCs. Having lived in the New World all his life, Tam studied as a researcher after losing most of his village early in life. He was the one who recommended Jane be sent to the Old World. Working alongside hunters, he eventually suggested for the selection of Sierra as part of the Fifth Fleet, becoming her specialised Handler due to her blindness. His malformed wings allow him very short flights, or gliding, being used to scout on Sierra’s behalf.

He does not use any weapons, at most able to release his blasting scales in self-defense.

Mimi - #mimi tag One of my World OCs. Mimi and Tam grew up in the same village, being the two survivors after they were massacred. Mimi went down a path of seeking revenge, slaughtering many who came in her way, leading her to Jane, who she took in after the girl lost her parents. Over the years raising her, Mimi’s anger towards the world died down, culminating in her trying to prevent letting Jane go out into the world on her own, fighting her. She died in this fight, having taught her previously bloodthirsty ways to the girl.

She used to use a dagger as well as coating herself in ice to strengthen herself.

Egon - #knight egon One of my Wilds OCs. A Secret Guild Knight who has been assigned to keep an eye on Jane Doe during her time in the Forbidden Lands. He’s taken up a place in the provisions team, leaving most truths about him a secret. What little information is known about him is that he has a human husband, as well as several hatchlings… around 25.

He uses Dual Blades.
