I'm making a few changes in my daily journal, to make it feel more personal and easier to look back on. I found an 'End notes" system ( via thesoulofhope_journaling on instagram) that gives me space to reflect on what I've been reading, listening to, playing, watching, eating, etc, which i"m really enjoying using. I added a pack of add-on sticky notes to give me more space for those days where I have more to document, and started adding 3-5 main themes/happenings of the day, again so it's easier to see whats happened when I look back in the future.
