house of pain

there's a coffee shop by my high school that used to be open until 3 am and allowed teenagers to smoke on their patio so like obviously everyone would go there and be there all night until they closed drinking coffee and smoothies and whatever. anyway I went there earlier for the first time in a decade and my latte cost $8.50 and they sell beer but no smoothies. ok.

there is something so beautiful about the American League/National League divide in the MLB..... in no other sport here is it possible to have two teams from the same area play against each other in the finals or to exist right next to each other and have like no rivalry. i think more sports should be separated like this instead of by east and west

we used to have a neighbor that would get mad at me and my brother for hitting baseballs in the backyard. not bc we were yelling or hitting balls into his yard but because apparently the sound of the ball hitting the metal bat was too loud for him. actually ridiculous

for some reason over the course of the playoffs I've become obsessed with how rod brindamour looks. such a unique face. such good hair. disgustingly ripped.

got all the way to work before I realized I didn't have my wallet and I was too ashamed to call management to tell them and ask for them to escort me on property so I went all the way back home to get my wallet and ID. I'm an hour late now LoL
