“Why would you believe that...?” Really, if he wasn’t trained to be always on alert then maybe he wouldn’t act like this. Though he was put off guard by this.

She listened to him answer her question and felt a feeling of sadness come over her. So he was in fact the one who was lost.. The one who was out looking for those who might be out looking for him. Chloe took some steps forward but then looked back at him, a slightly confused look on her face. “Um.. Where do we start off? Hella lost here.”
“Well...” To be quite honest, he was lost himself. Though he wasn’t all that nerved by it. From where he was from, most of the time you sort of wondered around mid mission to hopefully find what you need to find. Most likely with plenty of people between them and the objective. Shrugging a bit, he kept on walking around. Clearly easy to see that he was lost, though he didn’t mind it too much. As long as there was reason to keep walking, he walked. He truly was the perfect soldier. Though, it was how he was raised, to fight and defend when he was ordered to. Not to love, to feel, to be happy. So really, since he had no orders now, he was free but to him. it felt like he was trapped...He wanted and needed orders...It was all he truly knew in the end.
“We start by walking...That’s how we start.” That was the only answer he felt that would be helpful to them here and now.

Chloe was soon taken back by the boys response which was him turning his back to her but to motion that they’d take their leave. So he’d been testing her.. An annoyed sigh left her lips. Her step-prick pulled the same shit at times but hey, people wanna make sure you have good intentions. Which Chloe understood with those who’d left her in the past. Trust.. It was hard for her to give. “So.. Who is it that you’re looking to be found by, if you don’t mind me asking?” She’d decided to ask without thinking, her hands now stuffed into her front pockets while they began to walk on down the road and her eyes took in the scenery. Rather dead town, now that she paid attention to it.
“...My only friends, I guess that’s what you can call them. Though in reality, we are just classmates. Yet, they were the only ones I remember spending time with...So that means they are still alive.” Quickly, his voice went from that of unemotional and detached from the world, to a rather serious tone. As long as he remembered them that means that they were still alive, so that meant that they were waiting for him to come back too. He knew the group was able to go on without him but...He wanted to go back to the only place he knew as home, even if no one was there. So that’s why his own two legs kept on moving, hoping to find a way home.

All the soldier did was just watch her inch closer to him. Though, even if he didn’t show it, he was pleased with her answer. Nodding a bit, he then turned around so his back was towards her. Though it wasn’t to ignore her, but to show that he was willing to help if that was truly her goal. “Then I’ll help...Since it isn’t a personal adventure. I am sort of on the same boat, but the one that is lost is me.” So with that, he started to think to himself, where was a good place to start looking. He didn’t know this place very well, even though he had been here for a while. Ace didn’t care for this place, it was useless to him, it didn’t have them here.

A good friend of mine and she went missing a while ago.” A soft sigh then left her lips. “The fuckheads in my town told me to give up on her but what type of friend would I be if I did?” Chloe knew this was what she had to do in this new area she’d entered and knew it wasn’t fate. This was destiny. She was brought here for a reason.
There was something he wanted to make sure, he wanted to make sure her words were true. If she truly didn’t wish to give up on her search in any way or form, then the soldier was going to help her. So that’s when he finally open his lips to ask the stupid question that will most likely cause her to snap. “Are you sure that you are looking for her...Or are you just wishing to go on an adventure and using that as an excuse and if you find her then oh you found her.” He said this with the most serious tone that he could make. He wanted to be 100% sure.

Hearing the question, the soldier started to think to himself. He really didn’t think that saying the planet’s name was all to important, so maybe just saying what part of said planet might be good enough. “I’m from Rubrum..It’s an area where mostly we use people that use magic to fight...”

When the other said that they should fix up this place, it took a while for the soldier to process what he meant. Though when he realized that they should do some sort of art piece on the nearby walls, the soldier just shook his head.
