The Spider's Web

Mimmi popped up behind the tall spider man and picked up one of the fuzzy flaps, rubbing her face against it, “But its so flooooooofy and soft~” she purred relishing the texture of the silky tuft. 

Waren went ridged as soon as he felt Mimmi touch the long spider hair that covered his bum. Wringing his hands together he gave a nervous laugh. "If you were to take them what on earth would you even do with it?"

"Ah, but thats just it though… I am a queen of many kinds of spiders. However I favor the Normal and Warrior spiders. However I am also a queen of queens." She replied with a small sigh.

Quirking a brow his smile turned into a slight frown. "So a queen of everything pretty much." His tone turned rude as he tapped his fingers against the top of his other hand before continuing. "Then why must you bother me, go protect your own kingdom and leave my nests be wont you?"

His head tilted ever so slightly to the side, fingers lacing together in front of himself loosely as though he were relaxed. “Might I ask what type of spider you are Miss Wenira?”

She folded her hands behind her back. “Queen. And yourself?” She spoke calmly.

Waren paused before waving a hand before his face with a slight chuckle. "No no no, not your rank my dear, but your species. I may be a King, but I'm a King of dangling depth dwellers you see."

"As is yours.. But I find it intriguing either way…" She almost wanted to laugh. So similar, yet very different. And she was enjoying it a lot.

His head tilted ever so slightly to the side, fingers lacing together in front of himself loosely as though he were relaxed. "Might I ask what type of spider you are Miss Wenira?"

The king gave a nervous smile, taking a nice big step backwards. "You leave my fluff alone."

Waren gave a rather playful smirk in return towards this fellow spider. His voice was low, dangerous in an almost teasing manner. “I could ask you the same thing my dear. Though you did ask first, you may address me as Waren.”

"Warren… Lovely. You may call me either Shandra or Wenira. Its a pleasure to meet you." She grinned, fangs glinting.

"Wenira, it is a pleasure as well. You're not like other spider's I've seen on the island, your scent is.. different." His eyes showed slight wariness in them, though his grin remained the same. The legs upon his back curled ever so slightly, more than happy to be on edge. It was something new.

*The angel let out a sigh and looked to his wing* I have a wounded wing which hurts pretty badly.  I think a large splinter is in it, but I can’t get it out.  I can’t reach back that far. *The angel tried to reach back, but winced in pain touching the wounded wing* I-I know you aren’t very fond of my wings, but could I perhaps ask for your help?  I would be more than willing to pay you back with anything you would want. *He nodded looking to him kindly*

Eyeing the other he took a small step forward, a hand gesturing the other to step onto his web. "Very well.. But you have to come here, I'm not stepping out there if this is some sort of trick." Waren hadn't lived as long as he had easily hopping off out of his safe zone to help anyone who happened to come by and ask for something. Though this angel's act seemed rather sincere he had to be cautious even when he didn't wish to be so. "How on earth did you manage to get a splinter in your wing?"
