It’s weird to be in the same place my dad was when he was my age, hopefully I won’t be as much as an idiot as he was. I mean, come on Travis, getting your thing bitten by a snake? No dice. 

You know, the initial concern I had on the way out here might have been the fact I really l was not looking forward to turning into one of those god awful horror films. I can assure all of you that I refuse to be a cliche that simply hides in the closet while our killer closes in on us. The second any sort of sign of danger presents itself I will not hesitate to offer up one of you to find my way to safety. Although, rest assured, I will definitely make sure to give you a proper funeral and memorial service when I’m named hero of this whole..unfortunate scenario.

My mom’s always bugging me to be more spontaneous and prank-y, so I decided to do a surprise visit back home wearing a full on frog costume. Got home, jumped in the house like a frog with all the croaking, but instead of hitting the ground I hit my little brother instead. My mom fell in tears, my dad was nice enough to help me up, and Rowan just shook his head at me as he put an ice pack on his little bump. They were also on their way for dinner at uncle Brady’s restaurant and were already running late, so you could imagine all the stares I got when I walked in with a frog costume. My mom and uncle Brady are never going to let me live this one down. So much for trying to be spontaneous and funny. 

Seriously? Can’t you see my trying to back out. Move faster or become a pancake.

Look I’m sorry for stripping off my clothes right in front of you. Could you give me a break? First I almost poke my eye out with my own charcoal pencil and then I preceded to cut myself on my own comic strip. My own comic deceived me! But no it doesn’t end there. Finally I spilled water all over it and now I have to start from scratch. I – wait I’m rambling again and you don’t care, crap. I’m also complaining over the stupidest thing. How about I start over. Would you like to go swimming with me?

Don’t you have an idol or something? Or that one guy or girl when you were a kid that you called your favourite even if you don’t know them personally?

Why does it seem so quiet around here all of a sudden? Did I really miss that much? Someone needs to fill me in.

Basil: I got terribly sun burnt the first day and now I'm just exhausted. I'm getting out though, don't worry.

We all haven’t seen each other for a year, or at least most of us haven’t had any face to face contact with each other. So my mind can’t help but ponder what is going to go wrong during this trip. Sure, I ran from the police once and did a few crazy things in Chicago this past year, but nothing too extreme like our wild vacations here. I’m not sure whether or not to be excited, frighten or to keep on refilling my glass with champagne and get a massage. 

Basil: just because I haven't moved from my bed all week does not mean I'm dying. Ok maybe it does, but whatever. I got out of bed today and that was a bad idea.

Wren: Are you sick or just not really feeling motivated?

Yes, the rumours are true, your favourite person ever isn’t actually dead. I’m alive.

There is a difference? Well, they don’t teach you that in law school. Yeah, but the ones you here about are the ones where everyone dies tragically. No I haven’t, that doesn’t exist, Does it?
