I’m thinking about making another part with more activities or things you can do to practice self-care! I’m not an specialist so I don’t know if the ones I listed will actually help you feel better but I’ve seen a few lists and these were the ones that people seemed to mention the most. his superiors and other angels avoid him as much as they can, because Crowley always has these questions! He does know when to shut up this time, though
