Y’all can’t handle the truth and I hate having to elaborate on this because then it just makes me look like an A/B/O expert BUT-

My main reasoning for when I was assigning the brothers A/B/O is I feel like it’s way too easy and kind of a cop-out to call Lucifer an Alpha because he acts like, well, that, and it’s too easy to call Levi a Beta or Omega because he’s the “incel gamer” trope. I think it adds more to their characters and true-selves to give them things you wouldn’t expect, because it actually makes more sense! 

Levi should be an Alpha because he’s the Avatar of Envy. He has social anxiety and low self-esteem which would make him not act like the “typical” Alpha, but when his envy is showing he becomes extremely possessive and aggressive, which seems more like his true face he is always trying to hide. If he was an Alpha, he would be trying to hide and repress this part of himself because he thinks it’s gross and doesn’t want people to hate him or think he’s weird,  but he has to learn to accept himself at the end of the day, and just learn to keep the other aspects of an “Alpha-personality” (I hate myself for typing that) under control so he’s not toxic or abusive/gaslighting.

I’ll touch on Lucifer a bit as well in this post. Lucifer should be a beta. Cat–girls and I were talking about all the demons and angels reproducing through asexual reproduction, and I was kind of thinking about maybe taking the A/B/O universe through something like that? Putting a twist on the genre and making everyone a beta like that, but even in the normal version of that trope, I think it adds just a layer of complex to Lucifer’s prideful personality. By all accounts he should be an alpha, but he’s not, and it’s the biggest wound on his pride because of it. Also,  much of Lucifer’s dominating-”Christian Gray” persona that I see most people write headcanons for seems to me to only be a mask that he puts up. Sure some of those aspects are his real self, but it’s not that extreme. Deep down, he’s weak and hurting, but he has to act mature and put on this responsibility because he’s taken on all these burdens. So, by all accounts he should be an Alpha, but I think because of all that, it’s exactly why he’s not.
