i wanted to try my hand at doing a more lore accurate Wukong while following this article:

The three-eyed god yet endures. But the devastating rejection he had experienced during the great humiliation splintered his ice-wrought, perfect shell, unveiling the deranged wretch beneath.

Capricious, selfish, callous to the cries of mortal life, he now wanders unbound. Eastern Heaven, unwilling—or perhaps unable—to bind him, dares not risk tasting his wrath themselves. Uncontrolled, unpredictable, he is driven by but a single, dreadful desire.

To obtain an immaculate, absolute death.
