âAh YatoâŚâ She scratched her cheek in a sheepish motion. Hiyori couldnât tell him the reason she didnât ask Yato was because heâd probably reveal the surprise. His ridiculous antics would probably scare the cats away. Milord certainly didnât like him. As much as she liked being with both Yato and Yukine, she couldnât risk it.Â
âHeâŚhe was busy! Said something about drawing? Someone probably recognized his talents!âÂ
Thankfully she didnât have to continue the conversation any further (Yukine was sharp) as the subway pulled up to their stop. âWeâre here!â She exclaimed as she stood up, rocking on her heels.Â
 âAre you ready Yukine-kun?â
â â â âReally now?â Yukine side glanced at her slightly, wondering what was actually going on. His intuition started to pick up a little, but not enough for him to fully recognize that she was hiding something. Nonetheless, he had time alone with Hiyori, and it was quite satisfying for the boy. He was just surprised they were both alone today, so he planned on cherishing every moment of it. Deciding to leave the conversation alone for now, he went back to finishing the rest of his snack bar. Thankfully they reached their destination.
â â â âOf course I am.â he smiled and also stood up, leading the way off the bus. He offered a hand for Hiyori if she needed it.
â â â âLead the way, I havenât been out much in this weird dump.â he kicked some gravel beneath his feet. He remembered passing by this place a few times when trouble occurred, but other than that his memory was fuzzy of the surroundings.
         â â â âIf anyone creepy comes, weâre leaving.â
