What Can I Say, I Love That Cat

I did a red white knight deck, and had fun with others’ Firstborns and wore a super cool red hood. I lost all but one game, leading to that match being a draw. An adorable little boy I went against was telling me my red hood made me look just like Rowan, and he kept coming back to tell me about things... a pure bean...

I love this set so much, and even though I absolutely don’t look like Rowan, I’m glad I got to meet cool people! And got recognized for always being extra at prereleases, lol

I need to play more, but with my schedule booked tight with grad school, it will take me a while. That’s okay, I’m fine with my single prize packs at the end of the day, and the fun I’ve had!

Last night I went to the LGS for D&D Adventurer’s League

They were discussing Narset around me and I kept being like “oh yes, you mean my wife?”

“She’s very expensive in foil right now”

“But I love her. I need her.”

I buy a prerelease kit since I missed the actual event last week (thanks anime convention I had a blast)

And a bundle, still have to open that one

I sit down at my table and start to open the kit since I had five minutes, plenty of time to open a box, right?

I see blue pips peeking out of my promo pack
