i have written out most of the beginning plot, drawn the character outlines, made a Pinterest board for it, and i am excited to soon draft a first chapter!!! I have so many new ideas to implement— so excited to share the said ideas!

it’s still gonna be a newtmas enemies to lovers slowburn, but i hoped to create a more supernatural class system if that makes sense? i will explain it throughly in the first chapter!

I’m leaning into more of the druids aspect of teen wolf— they get their wands and power from the Nemeton— (thank you for the idea 💗) basically, the closer they are in their bloodline to the first druids the more powerful they are, but some “ordinary” humans can pull power from it aswell (similar to a werewolf bite, but not really- idk).

Maybe even make him a hunter with magical powers? (To increase tension between the two OF COURSE!) If I make the idea reality, we will ease into it, haha.

And yes Newt is becoming x10 more mean as im writing this chapter. Wolf hormones or something LMAO. (maybe he’s just a bitch because he lost his best friend— idk tho).

I’ve also been trying to use more harsh British slang terms in his vocabulary, but I fear I am American and from the SOUTH, so I use Google and the Harry Potter fanfics I occasionally read to guide me. So I APOLOGIZE in advance lol!!

I’ve also been messing around with opportunities of forced proximity between the two because that’s my favorite enemies to lovers trope.

And also this rivalry has to go more than skin deep unfortunately. There might be some boring lore filled chapters to heighten their hatred because Thomas is already being too nice.

Chapter 15 should be done by the end of the week! I would really appreciate kudos and comments especially, they make me smile when I read them!

it’s basically an AU where Thomas and newt are ex best friends and end up on rivaling lacrosse teams. It takes place in Beacon Hills— yes, teen wolf, beacon hills. There’s no werewolves YET. but I’m contemplating… i need recommendations on what to write..😣😣 OH AND Thomas and Newt both have parental issues and Tommy has internalized homophobia.

it’s kind of ass BUTTTTT i would appreciate some kudos and more hits.. i did spend a while writing it and coming up with concepts.

maybe some werewolf newt will come into play👀 (yes newt is an asshole in my fic… he will soften over time, i think.)
