this is my small little corner for all the things I adore, pretty aesthetics and girly charms that feel like something out of a daydream. this blog will be a collection of how I view the world with my rose colored glasses, whimsical moments, poems and tiny bits of beauty that make the world feel a little more magical. just a place where all moments of being a girl and the things that I love come together. In short: a girly safe space for anyone.๐๐

โ general Interests:
poetry: I absolutely love poetry, especially poems and poets you can find yourself in. My favorite poem is Wild Geese by Mary Oliver.
photography: I love taking my digital camera with me everywhere, on rainy, sunny, cloudy, cold, hot days. it doesnโt matter sheโs my baby. I have a kodak fz55 and a casio. a camera on my wishlist is the fujifilm x100viโ it just speaks for itself.
journaling: after a long tiring, overstimulating day, I love to unwind with โ journaling. I can talk to her about everything and anything. paper has more patience than people so I can take as long as I want. Some days I may write 1 sentence and the other day it might be book worthy, either way my journal will always wait for my hands to express what I canโt say out loud or what my heart canโt express. It also makes me more aware of things, more grateful and giving me more opportunities to think about things.
thrifting: something in me jumps and screams of happiness everytime I find a vintage piece but the heartbreak starts when itโs not my sizeโฆ
traveling: I would be nothing without traveling, seeing the world is like therapy. why lock yourself inside while the sunshine is outside? traveling makes me feel something โ realizing the world is so big. I would never want to be 80 and having that gut wrenching feeling that I just had to take risks that I never took.
cooking/baking: a little me time where I make the food I always see online, the best part? finding out itโs actually BOMB and needing to keep buying the ingredients.

music: my music taste really depends on my moodโ I can vibe with almost anything.
my favorite artist: Olivia dean and lana del rey , I love a lot but with their songs something sparks up in me.
favorite albums: The art of loving, Lemonade, Lux, any lana del rey, and I have so many I canโt name them all๐
โ movies/series/shows:
Romcoms/2000/: I do NOT play about my romcoms/2000s, I love them so much. Romcoms are 1 of my comfort things to watch. I really liked uptown girls and clueless( I know I know I need to watch some more but these are not the only ones I know!)
Studio ghibli: speaks for itself, howls moving castle is my favโ itโs a must watch just like spirited away or any other ghibli movie.
Horror: I lowkey love them idk why but I do.

โ my comfort food/drinks:
dried mango: I cannot function without my dried mango, the main reason why I love it is because they all taste different. one may taste sweet and soft, the other chewy and sour. itโs like an adventure!
strawberries: I donโt believe it when people say strawberries arenโt good, go check if your tastebuds are still working!! imagine a spring, sunny day at a picnic and you have chocolate covered strawberries. that sounds like perfection to me.
green grapes: those huge crunchy grapes that you just got out of the fridge, ooooouuuu.
confetti cake: I love it so much it feels like I am griefing a dead wife because I finished it.
warm chocolate milk: this after a loooonggg day is just so warm and comforting to me.
matcha: I love strawberry matcha so so so sooooooooooooo much, and yes maybe some matcha taste like grassโฆbut just use the right powder and youโll be addicted.

โ things I love:
beauty: I love doing my skincare routine, I love doing my makeup, I love doing my hair and choosing outfits. It makes me feel so feminine๐ฅน
deep questions: like yes ask me why understanding is better than listening, because why would you listen and not do anything with it instead of understanding and trying to really see into the perspective of someone else.
flowers: they do something with me, they uplift me so much, my favorite ones are โpeonies, lilies, baby breath, tulips, magnolias, glorosia lily, orchids, carnations and basically any pretty flowerโฆso all flowers๐
