I will disappoint you, mate, but I haven't thought of any headcanon for Miltiades. Primarily because we know very little about his life and none of his very few known interactions with other historical figures are enlightening enough (for me) to build a solid personality around them.

I do have an easier time with his kids (Cimon and Elpinice), but that's because ancient historians and Plutarch (granted, you have to take almost everything Plutarch says with a grain of salt, because he wrote them down plenty of centuries later and because even he has confirmed he takes liberties with the way he presents them) wrote more extensible about them, plus it's easy for me to just give Cimon a bunch of stereotypical basic dude bro interests based on my interactions with my relatives and various people I have met within my life and call it a day.
