I've been questioning some things lately, and I think I might've had a switch about a week ago but I'm not sure. about a week and a half ago I think I had some internal communication, like a sentence at most.

since then its been radio silence. if I talk to people irl about it long enough I can get a weird sort of spacey feeling and a bit of a headache but it just goes away after awhile and nothing happens.

I've been trying with no results to get something to happen and I just wish I could know with more certainty. it really really hurts not knowing. so if proof I am plural isn't working is there any way to prove I'm not?
