So I've had little Roboutling for a while now, and I've noticed something new each day. First of all! This little guy eats! A lot! I know that any growing being needs fat and energy to grow big and strong, but my little Roboutling has been eating very much all of the foods I had in the fridge. I've naturally restocked and bought some extra, as well as got him some more books.

He responds well to music, especially opera, and he often "sings" along when he can. His voice is still coming along, but I swore I heard him say some actual phrases in Italian the other day. This could just be because he is a good mimic or he just learns that quickly. I am so incredibly proud of the progress he is making.

But speaking of food and fat, his wings are turning more into actual hands with fingers now, and all that wobbly skin hanging on his body is slowly but surely turning into a paler hue, and his head now has a few hairs, golden like the sand. The feathers are dropping at a more rapid rate, and his beak is shrinking - when he first woke me up due to pains, I was quite frankly a bit mortified by the sight- under his beak grows a human nose and lips!! The skin if way more sensitive it seems, and I've given him more fluid based foods, such as soups and plenty of cream (he doesn't really want milk?? But prefers something more fatty? I guess it's because his body knows what it needs to grow) Either way, I've made sure to check his beak every day, multiple times so.

Also, a question to you space marine husbandry experts! I went to a farm with my little Roboutling, since he's shown immense interest in farming equipment and the animals there, and he was over the moon when we got there!! However, as we were shown around by the farmer, the little Roboutling didn't want to leave my side, seeming almost frightened by something, especially when we got closer to one of the older barns. The farmer explained that he had actually had a space marine at some point! But, the farmer did not know which one it was exactly, as he simply let it stay there and fed it some dry cat food. But the farmer also said that the space marine had left many years ago? Why did my little Roboutling react like this if the other marine had left? Or could it still be there? I want to know because I don't want my little ray of sunshine to be scared to go to a place he loves so dearly. Either way, I will find a new place for him to be, maybe go to a petting zoo or to one of my neighbours who also has smaller farms, but no less cool.

The little Roboutling grows quick! And while he is still just a baby- he moves surprisingly fast! While I had half expected him to go for the tax documents and other official things from his nest, I was surprised when he showed his love for tractors! He is fond of building blocks and often includes small objects to live in whatever it is that he has built.

He is also rather chonky, which is adorable. And after he has eaten, he often sleeps for at least half an hour before going back to reading about farming machinery or building with the wooden blocks.

Also having read all of the information about Roboutes and other marines, ((thank you for the info guys!!)), it is indeed true that they both hatch and grow quickly! The little Roboutling has now grown a what some would call a human-like-ear. As well as fingers and toes forming. So he has gone from... a bird, to looking a bit more like a mix between a monkey and- well... I am unsure.

He hatched! And he is a.... a bird? He's got a beak, and his feet appear to be that belonging to a penguin. However, his skin lacks feathers, and only a few seem to be popping out! He also has some small green buds growing out at the side of his head! I will show you more in detail soon.... Maybe this is normal for them to look like this? It doesn't matter, I will cherish him either way! But behold!!
