i used to really want a relationship and hopelessly searched everywhere i went for a guy who fit at least one of my criteria. then one day, something huge dawned on me. i was wasting so much valuable time looking for someone mediocre to want me, when i could have been spending that time turning myself into someone amazing. the laws of attraction state that you attract what you put out, so only when i become someone wonderful will i attract someone wonderful. there’s no need to use up my time looking for someone, because when i reach where i need to be, the person i deserve will come to me.

I wish i didn’t spend so much of my time trying to make you happy instead of making myself happy.

Isn’t it pathetic how we waste so much time and effort on certain people and in the end they only prove that they weren’t even worth a second of it

Know your worth. Know the difference between what you’re getting and what you deserve.
