I didn't follow through with my monthly reflections like I thought, so here's a mini one to catch us up.

FEBRUARY

Finished PT for my ankle and feeling stronger

Got my first tarot reading at our work event - I recorded a voice note for myself to go back to at the end of the year

Officially got my promotion at work

Had the best weekend with my college besties at Caylin & Damien's wedding

Crossed off some financial goals and filed my taxes early

Tino took me to some skateboarding competitions and I learned more about skating and had fun!

MARCH

Cut my hair back to a bobbiana

Celebrated Tino's birthday and our 2yr anniversary

Had the best Friday the 13th birthday: day off work, nail appointment, matcha with the girls, girl dinner at Cento Raw Bar, and met all my friends at DIMP

My busy work season started in late March with a trip to NY state (not city :/)

APRIL

Spent half the month in Palm Springs for our festival activations

Went to my first Coachella and reunited with more college bffs

Also it was BONUSCHELLA and got rewarded for a successful 2025

Paid off some major debt and knocked out even more financial goals!

MAY

Kicked off early Summer in LA celebrating Jess' bday at LACMA Jazz night

Quick trip back home to the Bay to celebrate my bff Bea's baby shower

Had a very social first week of May - Homage brewing with Khris, 3 Netflix is a Joke shows, Bodega with pals

Spent a week in Jacksonville to celebrate Tino's mom's birthday

Followed by a week in Miami for work for swim week

Finished a payment program and hit another financial milestone - YUH!

I can't believe it's July foreal... where the fuck is time going?!

JUNE 2026 RECAP

I'd say June's reset was a SUCCESS! Feels good to lock in foreal foreal.

Some highlights ✨

🍔 FOOD

Committed to meal prepping and created a system that works for us

Tracked my meals daily and learned about my calorie/protein intake

Hit my protein goal 80% of the month (~18 of 30 days)

Hit my calorie goal 50% of the month (~15 of 30 days), but frequently under calories

Made healthy choices even during cheat meals, and always reset the next meal

Those 30g Fairlife shakes and 20g Chobani yogurt cups are a cheat code and staple in our fridge

💪 MOVEMENT

My workout routine hasn't been as consistent the last few years, but I generally enjoy working out. My focus to start was "just do something" 😂

Moved my body 20 out of 30 days: 11 gym sessions, 2 dance classes, and 7 walks

Let's circle back to that 11 GYM SESSIONS. Dare I say it, I've conquered my fear of the GYM and enjoy it?!

Also my favorite sexy sneakers dance class is back for the summer and I'm so here for it

📅 SCHEDULE

Another goal of mine was building a routine that could withstand my work schedule, travels, and social calendar

Had one last work trip to Nashville (during week 1) and managed to fit in a workout and made healthy choices throughout the trip!

Completed a DRY JUNE and said nauuuur to drinks even with a few social events on the books (with the exception of 2 glasses of wine at a vendor dinner on 6/30 - it was the last day, sue me)

It sounds cliche af, but slowing down enough to be intentional with my time has been key

I’ve been nonstop with work and social obligations since March and my routine is non-existent, so we’re changing that.

Tino and I are focusing on our health in a serious way starting this month!

Here are my goals & what I’m doing:

Diet - less delivery / convenience because I’m too tired & didn’t plan ahead > trying in a meal prep service (again) and finding easy snacks/protein shakes to add in

Movement - just do something! I’ve had many workout eras and phases over the years, I love classes and tried gyms with no success > trying the gym route again to get myself moving and will add fitness and dance classes in.

Supplements - really focused on health > being in my 30s means I have more $ to invest in my overall health: magnesium, d3 + k2, and zinc to start.

I do have my “good things” note that I’ve been jotting down happy moments or achievements in this year — that’s been really nice to add to & look back on.

The women in my life are so bad ass, beautiful, smart, and successful and so loving and caring too. It energizes me to hear/see my girls get loved on, achieve new heights in their career, and see their dreams manifest into reality on the daily.

also it’s Tino’s birthday!!!! and IG made me make his bday collage 20 times and I almost threw my phone away

but anyways, back to the thots

i must remember: matcha > coffee, respectfully, for my mental & physical health. coffee & energy drinks are too much for my body these days

cheese > my selective lactose intolerance - one day I’ll learn ;(

its campaign sprint season, godspeed to me. applying the lessons I learned last year after I burned out really badly.. balance is key & my systems will get me through

getting to know oneself is such a beautiful and never ending process, so long as you stay curious

where do you find yourself in the depths of your subconscious? for me, i’m always dancing and performing (nts: go deeper into this)

feeling grateful and fulfilled at work

ebbing and flowing with life > resistance and frustration

January is always slow, but this time around, I welcomed it. I craved it. This January was for grounding.

Started the year off a little sicky

Enjoyed a delicious New Year spread at Megan & Dom's with Annie

Had a little family weekend and ate SO MUCH and went to Universal Studios

Catch up with the GIRLIES weekend: cried into a bag of shrimp at Boiling Crab, cutie picnic, and 8 hour long yap session with my sister

Started doing abundance affirmations in the morning which I really enjoy

Played lots of Animal Crossing since the new update came out

Ya girl got PROMOTED!

Finally fit in a therapy session

I've been rehabbing my lil ankle sprain twice a week

Took advantage of the 80 degree weather on the weekends and spent some time in the sun

Went to Disneyland for work LOL

Started journaling again

I've honestly just been listening to my body, rebalancing my energy, and preparing for the months ahead. I can't tell you how much my body and soul needed this slowness.

I can't quite explain it, but I have this clarity that 2026 is going to be a good year. I can feel it in my bones, there’s so much good to come -- answered prayers, stress relief, and joy -- but I gotta do what I need to do, tune into that frequency, and meet it there.

All I remember it saying was “I felt so optimistic going into 2025.. and then my city was on fire, the air was unsafe to breathe, and we lost my grandpa” and oof, that only covers January through March.

whew it's been a year, girl.. but more on that later i keep saying "it doesn't feel like Christmas" and this is Tino's response :')

this is our first Christmas where we (well, he) decorated our home. i'll remember this forever.
