Like omg for the love of God minecraft is a sand game, it does not need 205947327 different big updates each month. It IS, in fact, supposed to be quiet simple, enjoyable for average player, interesting for not only OLD but NEW generations of players and, surprise, surprises, CREATIVE

If you demand some sort of "plot" in the game, go look at MCSM, MC Dungeons, MC Legends or whatever. Demand some "cool ass monsters and weapons"? SAME ANSWER! But let me honest I don't see those games being extra popular y'know *hint hint*

Minecraft is supposed to be simple and understandable. That's literally what makes it so appealing for SO many people in the first place. If Minecraft suddenly took direction of Dark Souls or Sims or any other genre, do you really think it'd be as popular as it is? It's perfectly balanced and enjoyable and updates are NOT supposed to fundamentally change the game at it's core.

Not to mention how flexible the game is for it's fans! You can change basically anything with mods, texture packs, add-ons, etc. and it IS a plus too, since not only not a lot of games even let you mod them without official problems, but also it's one of the most modded games showing off fans' creativity and letting you have content without it being an obligated part of the game! (With the other being Skyrim)

And tell me that, what do you enjoy doing in Minecraft? Building? Farming? Exploring? Maybe PVP or redstone? All of that is awesome because there's NO WRONG WAY of playing Minecraft! You can do whatever you want, however you want and whenever you want! Relax and look at the sun from your 1 to 1 Burj Khalifa build or greet your teeth trying to beat your last speed run record, who cares? People enjoy everything!

And shall I remind you all the serves with their concepts, mini-games, map adventures? All the roleplays, SMPs and movies? All the magnificent art and animations?

Where does it all come from? Right. Minecraft. Simple. Plain. Old. Minecraft.

Just cause I am not an Ivor glazer doesn't mean I am an Ivor hater bruh🥀

I genuinely enjoy Ivor's character as a "good intentions wrong path" guy who redeemed himself later, but that does NOT mean I will sit there and agree with anyone who says "WitherStorm was needed/had reason to exist" just to not seem as "Ivor hater".

What he did was straight up wrong, not only only law level but also on a moral level. Not only he (willingly!) chose the path of isolating himself and being petty about it, which, dare I say, plenty of irl bad people chose before doing bad stuff, but also instead of dealing with the situation any other way (let's say threaten them with CB? Show the power of CB and tell the truth? Tell it the moment everybody decided to lie right there on the stage? For God's sakes GUILT MANIPULATE THEM?) he chose the most destructive one and also the one that just so happened to be not only:

A. Unstable

But also:

B. With a good chance of people who were there to witness it instead of believing him trying to put him in jail for whatever that thing was

And even aside from all of that, WS was no one's but Ivor's choice and creation. No one actually forced him to make it. It. Was. His. Choice. The choice that took plenty of lives away with Ellegaard/Magnus and Reuben being the most recognizable for us. The choice that left plenty of people with trauma including even himself.

You can't just go around and say he had done nothing wrong or that WS is Order's fault. Cause it isn't. Saying that is literally the same as gaslighting/putting the responsibility for actions on someone else.

Ivor made his choice. The choice was bad. We can either accept it and move on, love the whimsy old dude or we can try to excuse his actions and look no better than he did during the first episode.
