“Oh, you don’t want to eat me? How wonderful. That’s not a thing most people have to worry about, you know. Anyways - I’m not one for cannibalism, but I can promise you that I’ll do much worse than eat you if you hurt him.” His grin was sharp-toothed and threatening - he wasn’t letting Tai-Yun get away with jack shit against his roommate of five years.
“Wait a minute - did you say bacon? You’ll make bacon for your boyfriend, but not for me? 못쓰게 만들다, I thought we were better friends than that.” All seriousness was gone - he couldn’t let Jeong see that side of him for too long, lest he start asking questions.
“I know, I know,” Jeong tried to console. “It is a ba–”

Black eyes suddenly very wide, Jeong looked up, lips pursing as he looked up at his roommate. His shirtlessness didn’t bother him, too used to his friend to question it, but he gave a tiny, sheepish wave.
“Hi, Wolfy. Bad time.”
Hair disheveled where it stood out from under the hood of his sweatshirt, Tai twisted his head until he could find the newcomer.Â

“Have you come to light the things I love on fire too?”
He couldn’t even dignify that with a response this time around, only managing a roll of his eyes. His name wasn’t Wolfy, but Jeong knew that well and good already. “A bad time? 네, it’s always a bad time with you.”
“Jeong-ho’s the only pyromancer in this house, but I’m sure I can find a way to do so if it comes down to it.”
Cecily smelt the other before he saw him. Wolf. Omega. She tensed preparing for a possible fight. She knew Zeke would probably say that she was being rude and how preparing to brawl was no way to greet strangers. All he’d wanted was a goddamn glass of water. The fires outside had trapped him indoors, but they also made him feel parched; who could blame him for wanting to get a drink? Of course, fate had other things in mind, and he found himself walking in on some sort of moment.
