Hello everyone,

This month’s update continues directly from ESTATE Part 17 and completes the boot room introduced last month.

With the St. Ponderley cabinet system in place, I focused on the surrounding pieces that give the room its everyday character. A stone sink and apothecary drawers integrate with the existing joinery, while coats, baskets, trunks, flowers, and soft lighting bring warmth and a lived-in feeling.

The aim was to keep the space quiet and functional, the kind of service room that feels settled rather than styled. Everything is designed to layer naturally with earlier Estate releases and to feel part of a long-established house.

As always, thank you so much for your continued support and for following the Estate set as it evolves.

Hey guys! It's been a little while. I wanted to release this earlier but I was having some weird bugs with the swatches so I took a few days to fix things. DOWNLOAD LINKS AT THE BOTTOM!

There are two files to download: horizontal and round rugs. The round rugs are only 2 swatches but I couldn't pass them up. Find in your game by searching under [MISOUPSIMS]. For some reason, they are tagged as debug but still show up without using the debug cheat? In case you have any issues try putting in showhiddenobjects.
