Okay so long before we actually followed each other, I had Isobel Thorm on my multi to write with my friend's Aylin, and Holly's Aylin was exclusive with your Isobel, which I respected 1000%! But I do remember looking at your Isobel and thinking "man. that person seems so cool. i bet it'd be so cool to be friends with them."

Fast forward a bit and sure enough it is so cool to be friends with you. You are so sweet and encouraging.

What drew me first to Hulwen was the fact that you focused on how his elvhen lineage affects his story, that you took such a refreshing perspective on him. It wasn't just about writing a disgraced knight-in-shining-armor, it was about how he grapples with who he is, with what he gave up to get what he wanted, with how he lost it all anyway, with the difference between Reputation and Honor. Honestly part of the reason I read TME was so I could better interact with you and Hulwen, and I'm so glad I did. Nothing could've prepared me for the friendship built between Dhavi and Hulwen, or how much Hulwen would affect Dhavi's story.

What keeps me around is you as a person. You're so sweet, and so caring, and your writing is so beautiful. You're so fucking smart, too, and so generous with sharing your knowledge. And you're so enthusiastic about what other people create, and I know if I'm ever having a bad day, you're there with words of encouragement, and I hope you know the inverse is also true.
