Millie has cptsd, major depressive disorder, and borderline personality disorder though none of them ever get diagnosed because its the 80s-2000s and shes' -gestures wildly at the winchesters-
She also develops tittinus from the gunfire always near her.
Bonus: Dean has adhd (hyperactive), Sam has ocd and adhd (inatentive) and Castiel is on the spectrum.
So far Charlie has adhd ( both innatentive and hyperactive so combined) and an attachment disorder not specified ( the latter is undiagnosed as it presents in ways that people at the time atribute to "just how boys are" and "he'll grow out of it" :x)
He also gets a head injury later in his teenhood that leaves him with memory problems and headaches and possibly chronic plantar fasciatis from both soccer and skating.
Bonus: Lorelai is also written as adhd but unaware she has it and she's the one that passed it to Charlie. Rory is on the spectrum but high masking and they never find out in series.
Jude has reactive attachment disoder, cptsd, ptsd and either borderline personality disorder or odd (i havent decided yet,) and a host of issues from being malnourished on the isle that include vitamin and nutrients deficiency and chronic fatigue. He also deals with chronic migraines and post concusive symptons in the future from concussions and some type of chronic pain from fighting in Gaston's Duels Without Rules ( and bones not being healed right after fights)
Also deals with nicotine addiction ( and technically alcohol addiction but he never drinks cause he hates both Gaston and his dad and has really bad memories associated with alcohol so)
El is autistic, has general anxiety disorder ( both he and Rory share these) chronic insomnia ( chronic as in its managed/dormant for months at a time but comes back) and adhd ( innattentive) he also develops vision impairment either in or after college and has to get glasses.
Bonus: Rory is also autistic in his verse and has ( high masked undiagnosed) general anxiety. Lorelai has adhd ( also high masking unsure if unaware because El's need for a diagnosis introduces all this info for her) Brad Langford has general anxiety disorder and Dave Rygalski and Lane are also on the autism spectrum.

About: Bart Bass' younger child and the product of a short time relationship. Her mother left her with Bart and took off and since people knew about her Bart had to keep her. She's a freshman in s1 and very messed up from both her father and Chuck's attitudes and life styles ( Chuck has a soft spot for her and is slightly less ...That/comes around sooner but he's still Chuck) Ends up with Eric in Ostroff not because they planned it but because they hit crisis point around the same time. Befriends Jeremy Humphrey and the rest is history.

About: Youngest Humphrey sibling. She's in middle school in season 1 and doesn't start in Constance until later season. Slightly reconsiders this when it means she has to attend the school where everything bad ( including in her mind her parents separation) happened to her siblings. About: Middle Humphrey child. Sophmore at the start of season 1. Part time guitarist at Rufus' band ( the deal is he can do full time after he finishes school) Aligns more with Dan in regards to views on the upper east side and hates St. Judes but befriends Genevieve Waldoft almost instantly. Punches Chuck for Jenny and then Dan punches Chuck for him and it's beautiful.

About: Eric's twin sister. Between Eric's mental health issues and Serena's partying she's constantly looked to to be the "okay" one. She's very not okay about it. Lit and music babie has been taking piano from a young age. Part of Blair's entourage mainly to survive both Serena's and her mother's absence. Incredibly lonely until her siblings start taking more of an interest in her life.
She does mock trial ( when Sam Winchester is your basically step-brother/dad how can you not lmao) and beach clean ups ( environmental club) robotics club kayaking/rowing, crafting club, English Honor Society and gymnastics or she did until the pilot
She also did something like college camp for high schoolers at Standford but tbd what.
After she drops out of school to track Sam and Dean down her extracurricular are technically hunting and learning first aid self defense and lore. But shes' not going to school so it's just her life. ( she still volunteers for clean ups and tutoring between hunts)

Elementary school.: ( s1-2) Pewee Hockey, Boy Scouts ( he has conflicting emotions about it being led by Taylor lmao) Miss Patty's Reading Circle ( for older elementary school kids) possibly craft club.
Middle School ( s3-5): Still hockey, tries the school newspaper then quits when he realizes its too much Rory's thing ( though in truth he himself is good enough specially for music movies and sports related writing). Field hockey, starts a skating/skate boarding club with Clara ( Forester) and some other friends ( does Luke help build a half pipe because he loves Charlie and Charlie has killer puppy eyes or because he loves driving Taylor nuts you decide) and gives Taylor a coronary. AV club ( when there's funding), Brainbowl/Trivia club.
High School: (s6-7) Still Hockey. ( listen hes actually worse than Kit lol ) . computer club ( when there's funding) Brainbowl. GSA ( tbd if he starts it or joins it) and possibly still the skateboard club if Taylor hasn't succeeded in disbanding it via town meeting ( there are several tries) does soccer when its hockey's off season to help with conditioning tbd if more.
