No. Abby needed to change and it took Luka almost dying and Carter leaving her for it to happen.

She never chose Carter in that relationship but he always chose her. When he finally chose himself, she got mad.

Luka gets back a healed version of Abby. An Abby that finally put the work in and stopped waiting for someone else to fix her problems.

Meanwhile, Carter did everything to gain perspective and find someone to love and actually choose him for once in his life, and he still never got that. No one ever put him first. And when he tried to put himself first, he got vilified for it. He still gets vilified for it by certain fans.

the constant insistence that robby has no reason to doubt baran's skills, and so it must be because she's a woc, is so.. stupid. I'm sorry. it's stupid. I do think there's bias there, I think he's harder on women, but acting like it's the ONLY reason is absurd.

I have an irl friend who watched the pitt with her mother that worked in the medical field for years. in s1 she disliked Samira and had to warm up to her. in s2 she disliked Baran. why? because they both mentioned working at the VA, and the reputation for that (in her personal experience) was that they're slow doctors.

no, starting out, robby had no clue about her combat medicine or her more impressive shit. she doesn't show her "ER cowboy" side til much later, when she adapts. but at the beginning, all he knew was VA doctor. and it's not insane to think that maybe she couldn't handle the intensity and pace of an ER.

and that's not the only gripe, his first interaction of the show pretty much was Donnie calling Baran his "replacement", and obviously mentally ill "I need to be needed" Robby is gonna have a reaction to that. and Not a good one.

corporate is also using Baran, and pushing her, consulting her without asking the literal chief of the ED, so another thing for Robby (who hates corporate... duh) to contend with. is this her fault? no! but she is being purposefully used as the face of it. which I hope she eventually fully realizes. (I think similarly about Gloria— she's not some evil villain lmao, she's just another corporate pawn that happens to be a little higher than Robby. who is also a pawn, just a more "difficult" one.. which is why they're using Baran.)

also, yeah, it is "his" ED. he's not just attending, he's Chief. when somebody brand new comes in and immediately starts trying to push change, as a temp, before observing, that's going to cause more clashing. her early interactions with Trinity were scolding her, again, because even getting to know her. so she's coming in and changing up things in the ER that he runs and scolding his residents that he's responsible for.

Titus Danforth/Flynn Carsen crack ship nonsense

• They meet at boarding school

• Titus is there because all the Danforth’s have attended basically since the school opened

• Flynn is there because it’s the best school in the country and he busted his ass to get one of the few scholarship spots available

• Titus was supposed to have a private room, but he got in trouble at home over the summer so his dad had him changed to a shared dorm as punishment

• Flynn is super enthusiastic to have a roommate (aka a built in friend)

• Titus doesn’t want anything to do with him

• Luckily, Flynn is terrible with social cues and he follows Titus around regardless of how obvious he makes it that he doesn’t want Flynn around

• Eventually Titus becomes attached to this nerd, and he’s undeniably helpful with school (it’s really easy to trick Flynn into writing his essays for him)

• Flynn falls off of a horse during an equestrian lesson and a bunch of people laugh at him

• Titus beats them with a riding crop and Flynn has to pull him off them

• Something similar happens during a recreational game of golf

• Flynn decides it safer for everyone if he and Titus hang out one on one and Titus doesn’t argue because he likes it better when he has someone’s full attention

• Titus invites Flynn to spend breaks at the Danforth Manor

• Sometimes he says yes, but he still has to visit his mom occasionally. When he doesn’t join, Titus throws more tantrums than usual and Ursula teases him about his “boyfriend”

• When he does visit, Flynn is too enamored with the Danforth’s collection of antiques to realize they are literally evil

• After they graduate, Titus has no ambitions beyond being a spoiled trust fund baby and though he doesn’t understand Flynn’s desire to keep going to school, he funds his higher education with no expectations of those “loans” being paid back

• Titus goes to every one of Flynn’s many, many, many graduations

• When Flynn eventually becomes the Librarian his first instinct is to show Titus everything but he’s not allowed so he sits in the library like ☹️ bc what’s the point of all this great stuff if he can’t share it with the one person who will listen

• Judson gives him a list of high value items they haven’t been able to find and Flynn recognizes quite a few of them from the Danforth collection

• He’s like, “uhhh… are you sure I can’t tell anyone?”

• It’s a firm “no,” but when Flynn visits Titus he can’t keep his mouth shut and mentions visiting a place with a collection that rivals his family’s and Titus tells him that’s impossible

• His father and sister overhear and begin plotting to steal from the library by using Flynn’s affection for Titus against him

• Titus doesn’t want to do it. Flynn is the one person that genuinely likes him as a person and he’s scared of losing that, but he’s never been good at wriggling out from under his family’s thumb

Omega Robby looking down his nose at this young, strapping young!alpha!Jack who moves into the townhouse next to his. Robby's going out to get his mail at the same time Jack's getting back from his morning run.

I really just have to summarize Thomas's entire life:

He was in a committed relationship with a male swan named Henry for 18-24 years before a female swan named Henrietta showed up and mated with Henry.

Thomas was initially jealous of the pair and attacked them, breaking 2 of the 5 eggs Henrietta had laid. However, once the remaining eggs hatched, Thomas warmed up to them and helped raise them.

Henry couldn't fly because of an injured wing, so Thomas taught the cygnets how to fly.

When they needed to reduce the goose population in the pond where Thomas and the swans lived, they dyed Thomas's feathers red so he wouldn't be separated from Henry.

Henry, Henrietta, and Thomas remained in their happy throuple for years and raised 68 cygnets before Henry died in 2009. After Henry's death, Henrietta found another swan and flew away, leaving Thomas alone.

Thomas finally met and mated with a female goose in 2011 and had his own babies. However, another goose named George stole them and raised them himself.

As Thomas grew elderly and blind, he was relocated to a wildlife center where he raised orphaned cygnets.

His caretaker at the center described him as "pretty high maintenance."

Thomas died in 2018 at the age of around 40. He had a funeral that included a small coffin and a procession that was led by a bagpiper. He was buried under the stone where Henry was buried, the two finally reunited in death.
