Where Carlos’ girlfriend has her fingers crossed, keeps covering her eyes as if she can’t bear to watch, Max is focused, mouth set in a hard line. He’s leaning in, balancing on the edge of his seat. To anybody else he looks intent, focused on the screen. To Charles, he looks like a bird, poised to take wing. Like he’s about to fly right through the screen and take the steering wheel from Charles’ clumsy hands, get in there and drive the car himself.

In petty revenge, Ferrari sign Red Bull up and coming star Sebastian Vettel who has a disastrous first season with the Scuderia.

The press say he is a brat and Ferrari gossip has him doubting himself.

Stefano is willing to give him another chance at the start of the 2010 season by giving Sebastian a new race engineer who is just as thirsty to prove himself, Fernando Alonso.

George doesn’t typically concern himself with the nitty-gritty details of Mercedes’ sponsorships, aside from the general who comes and who goes. Even if he’s got some contractually required photoshoot or instagram post, it’s shoved to the back of his mind until he’s physically doing it. If he’d been a bit more proactive, George might have heard the part about sharing the stage with someone else in a photoshoot showing off their flashy new sponsor deal with Tom Ford - which George thought was a shame, he liked the free clothes he pilfered from the Tommy Hilfiger sponsor deal, he wasn’t half as keen on Tom Ford’s line.

The shapeless nature of the thing suddenly makes sense, it is a roughly folded up hoodie, one of the many Lando seems to own, one of the many George has seen Lando in briefly. And here he is, offering it up to George. George isn't sure what to say, if Lando actually expects him to accept it because he really is cold, or if he is just being polite and hopes, believes, trusts that George will not actually take it. “Won't you get cold then?” He finally decides on. It's safe, it's easy. If Lando would like to argue later that he did not actually mean it, that he did not expect George to take it, George will be able to argue back that he gave Lando a perfectly good opportunity to take it back.
