So, fun fact. Tumblr has a weird thing with flagging finger weaving as "mature content"
So from now on I'll be referring to it as Native Weaving or Indian Braiding, or any other combo of the two in my posts to avoid my videos and posts being flagged as adult content. . . That one video has been in review twice and they still haven't removed the "potential mature content" warning. I doubt it's even reviewed by a real person, to be honest.

Got this project started back up again.
Currently working on the first half. It is at 45in in length at the moment. Still have about 36 inches of loose yarn left, which will give me a other 20-24 inches woven with some room to spare, I think.

I do have a YouTube channel, an old one called The Weaving Illustrator where I posted some tutorials and livestreams of me weaving. But due to time constraints and not having good equipment, I haven't been able to keep up with it. I did weave a flame sash in Livestream though, along with several other projects. Feel free to message me, if you'd like. I'll answer any questions as best as I can.
Another look at the finished commission piece I was working on. Yes, this is the photo I sent my customer to tell them it was completed. I don't have a mannequin so I had to have my husband model it for me. 😆
I'm excited to see what they think of it when they see it in person. It's been a long time coming.
Double diamond belt on a wooden hoop. This one is made from cotton yarn, which sticks to itself like crazy. It's harder to work with than wool, but it weaves nice and evenly, and doesn't stretch as much.

I will be taking a break from weaving to give my wrist a break. But I hope to continue my other big project in a few weeks.

I FINALLY FINISHED IT!!!!!
This sucker is over 2 meters long and 20cm wide with a 20cm fringe.
Took me roughly 18months. . . .too long, but life got in the way. A lot.
Anyways, I will be shipping this off to a hopefully happy customer soon!
