Oh, hey!!

Pharloom again, been hearing its name a lot the past few days. Is it really that bad or have I only heard biased views so far?

On the other hand I think Hallownest is great! Obviously it took some getting used to, y'know with the "nature run wild that WILL kill you" aspect. But the people are nice! As long as you're one of them and/or allowed to be in the general area

As I've heard, there's some kinda time paradox/time travel shenanigans afoot with your Tumblr account. It's weird talking with someone pretty much TEN YEARS in the past (I... don't think this place follows similar time constraints, so I have no idea how long I've actually been here).

Sssso. A few weaknessssses folkssss have noticed:

One: There does not sssseem to be any rules ssstating that dessstroying these “no wawoo” sssigns is a no-no. There are no fines, nor do there ssseem to be any ssssentences for vandalizing these ssssigns. Sssso technically, we would ssstill be abiding by the rules if we remove or dessstroy these ssssigns.

And two: The rule never quite sssstates that phrases like “wa”, “wawa” and “woo” are banned, meaning we can be creative about fighting againsssst the wawoo ban. We can sssstill technically ssssay “wawoo” if we ssssay it like “wa. Woo” or, in my cassse from earlier today, “wawawawawa. Woo.” I hope it makesss ssssense. If not, I shall help clarify anything.

Sssso. Where I am going with thissss information?

Find as many “no wawoo” ssssigns as posssible, and dessstroy them. You can rip them out of the ground and toss-sss them, you can throw tomatoesss at them, burn them- ANY way the ssssigns can be dessstroyed.

And be not afraid to holler “wa. Woo.” or “wawawa. Woo” or ANY variant of “wawoo”. SHOW THESSSE BUGS THAT NONE OF USSS ARE AFRAID. SHOW THEM THAT WE WILL NOT LET THISSSS GO EASSSILY.

SHOW THEM THAT THISSSS SSSO-CALLED “RULE” HASSS NO PLACE HERE IN PHARLOOM!

stack whatever clutter is in your room into piles even if you don’t have time to clean it all

slightly vary your commute, even just by one street

change where you sit and scroll aimlessly on your phone even if it’s only to the chair in your room instead of your bed

drink water or juice out of a wine glass in the morning because nothing is real

shower with the lights off, without music

buy $3 flowers at trader joe’s—they look bad next to the more expensive ones but they look so good in your room

start typing things you don’t post into your notes. your thoughts can be worth documenting even if you don’t deem them worth sharing

wake up super early just once. you don’t have to make it a habit it’s just extra satisfying to go to bed that night

The other day I was feeling miserable, so I hopped on a bus and rode it all the way back to where I’d started, and my brain, which had finally had some proper stimulation via new environments, was suddenly ready to go again!
