I’m kind of obsessed with Amanda Palmer’s new song.

“Centuries” by Fall Out Boy and “Runs in the Family” by Amanda Palmer as I see them with synesthesia, a condition that causes me to see visual images when I hear music.

“A farmer is sitting on his porch in a chair, hanging out. A friend walks up to the porch to say hello, and hears an awful yelping, squealing sound coming from inside the house. "What’s that terrifyin’ sound?” asks the friend. “It’s my dog,” says the farmer. “He’s just sittin’ on a nail.” “Why doesn’t he just sit up and get off it?” asks the friend. The farmer deliberates on this and replies: “Doesn’t hurt enough yet.”

When I have trouble sleeping i listen to amanda palmer’s cover of radiohead’s “no surprises”. I decided to draw a doodle because of that song.
