Hey crewbies.  I don't think many (or any?  haha!) of you follow the Tumblr blog just yet, but I just wanted to say that I'm still very much working on the appearance of our blog and so anyone reading it should expect things to look a bit funny or even broken for a few days.  Thanks for your patience, and for the many suggestions I'm getting from people.

As a reminder - I can always use some help making sure crew news gets transferred from the issues posts in YPP to Tumblr, and everyone is always welcome to post to the blog.  Eventually, it'd be fun to have a lot of screenies, funny crew chats and random other goodies in here along with the crew news.  I'm always taking submissions!

So we had some fun on the Nightshade event cade.  If you have a ship there that is under-stocked please contact me and I will restock it for you.  :)  Ship sizes range from sloops to merchant galleons... don't ask.  <.<.

The Agreed Whitebait now has rum, grog and swill in addition to the cannonballs at reduced prices for you, crewbies!  Check the bulletin board on the ship for prices, but they are significantly less, so try to restock at Chelydra as much as possible!

Heisenburg's Uncertainty has allied with Equinox.

We've never required this in the past, but I think we all need to try and start asking for Permission to Board in crew chat before you actually board someone else's ship.  Sometimes people want to solo pilly or do something with certain jobbers, so please just be courteous and ask first.  :)  Keep rocking it crewbies!

Xavy's Shipbuilding Stall @ Chelydra Cove

This shipyard builds our crew's eventual cade fleet (inside SMD).  All ships produced here are transferred to Jobcat and can be used by all crewbies for non-sinky purposes.  If you can take a job the help would be greatly appreciated.  We pay 1-1-50 so if you get to expert labour you can make a fortune.

Taytaytatty's Ironmonger @ Chelydra Cove

Just placed orders for a cumulative amount of 1000 large CBs to be used by any crewbie who pillages.  All stock produced here is transferred to the war brig The Agreed Whitebait.  For info on how to access this pillaging stock please read the officer board on board the vessel.

Bellzie's Distillery @ Chelydra Cove

Makes swill, grog and rum for sale on the Agreed Whitebait.  Currently, we have no in-crew expert labour and thusly are offering a 10,000 PoE bonus for the first pirate to auto-produce expert labour.  Current pay rates are 1-2-60.

Taytaytatty's Weavery @ Chrysalis

The weavery only makes sail cloth for the shipwright and is currently just filling reserve labour (more orders shortly).  We are pretty right with labour being provided here (thank you Bill and Kitty) but mention it here just so that you know about it.

We have formed an alliance with Equinox.

The Royals and I would like to have a Flag meeting in the very near future.  SmD has grown tons over the last few months and we would like to get together w/everyone ASAP. I would also like to talk about our party that we will be having for hitting #1 on the whole Ocean.  Please get with your crews this week and get a day or 2 & times that work best for your crew.

Dear crew,

We did it!  After only 35 days of Meridian's existence, we have become the number one crew on the ocean.  We should all be exceptionally proud of this accomplishment!!!  Die By the Sword has, almost without exception, been number one on Viridian since September 2009, and has held the title since the creation of the Meridian ocean.

We are once again humbled by your hard work and perseverance... keep puzzling, crewbies!
