A feeling clawed at the back of his brain, bursting with the want to answer everyone, if only to burn it all down, though Luca took a moment to just breathe through the sudden rage, before looking at the other once more.
"Two of my advisors in the political side," Though the father and son he was talking about was both also generals, both had more pull in the strategy part, "Both seem to have gotten into their heads that I am...Unfit in some regards. Misguided loyalty remaining to my father I presume. And they believe themselves to be safe in that."
A smirk pulled at his lips. "I see."
While Aeneas did not like to do someone else's bidding, he could still see the mutual benefits of assisting someone in such a position of power and endearing himself to him. It also didn't seem wise to play coy at this point. Luca was coming to him for a reason, he'd already managed to reason out what Aeneas did, obviously.
"Give me their names and what sort of...danger you'd like and I'll see what I can do," he offered.
Seemed to be confirmation from the other that Luca's instinct had been correct in some regards at least. It was almost fun how most saw him as nothing more then a ravage beast, forgetting that even the angriest of beasts only survived because they had the intelligence to actually do just that.
Survive.
"No questioning it? Just accepting a job like a good little dog?" There was a half scorn in the last word, somewhere between being used to this being how people took his orders and half wonder why the other actually did, though the mocking came most natural. "I do not want them dead if that is not clear. I just want them to know they are not out of my reach. I still have use for them."
