Vain / Queen !

                 even when asked for a suggestion, he knew better than try to sway her wants. smart man. devoted. the queen sat in one of her lounges, a soft sigh leaving her lips. as if it was difficult to come up with a solution. “ would you? do absolutely anything? ” her tone almost coy in nature. she was buzzing with excitement underneath. curious just how far she could push the good huntsman. how deeply she could test his loyalty to her. 

              it had been two days. she found the spell she needed and the ingredients needed. there were a couple missing, but they required him actually being here. reina prepared everything and shelved it until he arrived. perhaps he wouldn’t. maybe he found another witch to do the spell. she doubted it. it required immense power, and no moral qualms. it also wouldn’t help that the demon was now bound to her by blood magic, something he was not yet aware of. she futzed about in her shop, waiting for the arrival of her new friend. 

         her head tilted up to brush lips against his. hands moved to the back of his neck, pulling him down to her level. she kissed him hard. teeth finding his bottom lip and tugging slightly. her other hand tugging at his shirt, as if to try and get him closer than he already was. she pulled back with a soft smirk, before kissing him again. 

               “ now what is it you’re after making faces like that, hmm? ”

                 she smirks a little. demons. though this one is particularly amusing, he’s got a human soul. something he is desperate to get rid of, and therefore isn’t looking for any fine print. she produces a small blade out of thin air and drags it along the meat of his hand. she did take a moment to admire the mark on his arm. she turns his hand over and squeezes, blood dripping in to a bowl that wasn’t there moments ago. “ come back and see me in a few days, and i’ll have a spell to get rid of your pesky soul. ” and bind the demon to her. 

         cheeky demon. she scoffed a little bit. “ you’ve got a pretty face, i wouldn’t say no to a kiss. ” reina smirked at him. “ but i was talking blood. ” it was how she did most of her spells any how. blood magic was her specialty. 

           “ few days, at least. ” she had to gather what was needed, and make sure she had everything straight. “ though, before i do the spell, you’ll need to make a deal with me, about the trade off. ” a binding one that he wouldn’t be able to weasel his way out of. 

        “ i wouldn’t put it that way. ” perhaps she would. “ i need someone willing to get their hands dirty. ” she didn’t need the blood on her hands, lest she attract witch hunters, which was the absolute last thing she needed. “ i’ve survived as long as i have by getting others to help me. you scratch my back, i get rid of your pesky soul. ”

      reina was --- incredibly impatient on the very best of days. curious was a side piece to her main emotion. she nodded a little when he mentioned sending out the boy. “ i find it’s the only good use for her. ” someone to run errands. to clean the house. and tend to things that needed tending. the queen smiles at his suggestive tone and expression. tongue moves out along her bottom lip and she leans closer to him. “ darling, you would think after all this time you would know me enough to know my moods when you come to visit. ” she teased. 

             about a month wasn’t long. it was barely a blink to some beings. “ are you sure you want to rid yourself of the soul? or the other way around. ” she wanted to be sure. no need to have some angry ass coming back looking for revenge when he turned out unsatisfied. reina smiled when he asked the price. “ i want your service. i call, you come, complete which ever task i need of you and then you can be on your way, until i need you again. ”
