I think Bucees could be a hub for all the fears
Flesh- the ungodly amounts of greasy questionable meat foods
Spiral- you get lost roaming the aisles, rows and rows of overpriced souvenirs and things you'll never have a need for
Buried- the cashier buried under receipts and merchandise that keeps getting stacked on their counter as the line just continues to build
Eye- cameras. everywhere.
Corruption- there is something growing in the mop bucket in the far corner by the back room
Desolation- the gas pumps and tarmac outside reflecting the hot Southern sun unnaturally strong, melting the soles of your shoes and turning the inside of your car into an oven
Lonely- you have never met any of these people in your life and you will never see them again, their faces all blur together and the deafening noise of their conversations becomes gibberish to your ears
Stranger- the dolls stare blankly at you, seem to move on their own when you aren't looking
Hunt- a man in a cowboy hat smiles at you with too many teeth and is in every aisle you enter, he holds up some object from the shelf and says "get a load of this!" in a taunting voice. you don't want to look and encourage him. his eyes aren't human
Dark- the lights seem to bright, too artificial, there's no natural light anywhere, and the places where the light doesn't reach are far darker than they ought to be in the middle of the day, shadows are stark and thrum with something else
End- the freezers are bitingly cold, it's hard to open them and reach in because if you take too long, your fingers will turn black with frostbite and the dead flesh will fester
Extinction- there is so much waste generated, the dumpster overflows with cardboard and plastic and broken merchandise that's unsellable even at a discount, full of food that is still perfectly edible due to the amount of preservatives pumped into it but no one can touch
