Listen, I’ve been raising my siblings since I was like... thirteen. Keep ‘em alive, and they’ll be fine.

Uhh, yeah, probably Some of our best dancers graduated last year, so... I guess a new group of kids is rising but they aren’t quite at the top yet. I teach mainly rec classes and a few competition solos here and there if requested, but I’m not super competitive. 

Rooney and I decided to take a trip for our anniversary. I had Leah watch the little ones, so it was just the two of us. We had both always wanted to go to Arizona, so we decided we would rent a little house in the desert, and just chill for a few days. One evening, we met up with a few friends we had made through the dance world and went on a hike, and at the top of the mountain, he stopped. He kinda took my waist and pulled me in close and he told me he loved me. But I could tell by the sound of his voice that he was nervous. He was like shaking. And he looked at me, and I could see him starting to tear up, and then he got down on one knee. I immediately started sobbing, and he goes on with this big speech about how he loves me and how he wants to be with me forever and how he can’t imagine his life without me. And so we’re both sobbing and I finally made him stand up and put the ring on my finger. There was never a doubt in my mind about saying yes.
