It's been two weeks already since you passed, but it still feels like it was just yesterday.

11.4 miles in 40 minutes. Sore but worth it.

Did alright today. 8.93 in 30 minutes. Had I realized maybe a little earlier how close I was to 9, I would have pushed even harder, but it just gives me a goal for tomorrow!

Sometimes happiness can be found in the strangest of places. Often even, it's right where we're looking for it, we're just looking too hard. You might be surprised by how much happiness you can find in the all the little things.

Tired. If things go as planned, gym in the morning.

Had hoped that my stomach would give me a rest so I could get to the gym today. But it would seem that won’t be the case.

Hopefully my Seahawks will be there next year, but I'm happy for the Eagles.

Did pretty good. Did 8.43 miles in 30 minutes on the bike. Time now to relax and watch Hulu

Gym this morning: was feeling really under the weather, but went anyways. Took it a lot easier today than I have been. Only did 7.94 miles in 40 minutes.

And this week's already gone to crap.

That cool down was so nice.
