For those of you who haven't heard, some changes have been going down in the Scream Puff camp lately. For one, Scream Puff is now called Waste. This name change has been a long time coming and now that we have some lineup changes and are taking things a little more seriously, we decided it was due time.
On the topic of lineup changes, Kendrick has taken over Austin's vocal duties and our friend Max White is now playing bass (yeah, we finally have a bassist) and doing vocals as well. We are writing new music now and have a lot of cool things planned for the future, including a short tour in October with our friends in Kief Demon.
If you didn't see us this summer (or you haven't heard Stealth Toast yet), then you'll notice our sound has also changed a bit due to the acquisition of an 8-string guitar. Yeah, it brings the beef. You don't like djent? How about not being so close-minded then; thats not the only thing these beasts of metal are capable of.
If you supported Scream Puff at any time during its existence in any way (be it coming to a show, buying a shirt, slapping a sticker on your skateboard, downloading our tunes), thank you very much. We'd like to invite you to join us in welcoming Waste into the world.
