Ok... yoga is work. I confess that it is a practice of letting go of my ego. I'm by no means a huge power lifter but I like to lift weights and do workouts that are "high-impact intense" like jumping, burpees, etc. I am running more although I don't consider myself a runner. At best, I'm a jogger. 😏 That being said, yoga tests me and makes me sweat. I am not flexible and if I am to at least battle Father Time a little, my core and flexibility need much more of my attention. Here's to day 4 of said attention.
