no one tells you how much of life takes practice. not just writing, painting, running, singing, etc, but practicing how to make friends. how to make the right ones. getting practiced at how to be a good friend, a good sibling, a good person. practice identifying when people haven’t earned that. learning to recognize your right to rage and, eventually, how to offer mercy. so much of life is muscle memory, and i’ve begun to realize there are so many more parts of ourselves to flex and stretch and strengthen than those we’re taught in anatomy lessons

I don't think you guys understand the things you say on social media about celebrities and their "sexualities" apply to the rest of the community... the obsession with needing one concrete label from a public figure about their personal identity otherwise it's baiting is so limiting. and I don't think you realize it indirectly reflects your view on people who are questioning or don't want to label or don't feel comfortable being out or don't find a Need to come out at all. like.. all Those people can see your posts too, I need you to understand that. this "come out or its baiting/not real" attitude isn't like. normal. it's invalidating to hear from other members of the community and hurts more people than just one celeb you think may or may not be straight.
